BIM Modeler

Position: BIM Coordinator (Full‑time)
Location: Taylor, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $38.00 – $45.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Visa Sponsorship: This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

Create and update BIM models based on design documents.

Ensure models adhere to project standards and naming conventions.

Maintain organized and accurate models throughout all project phases.

Support model coordination across multiple disciplines.

Facilitate clash detection to identify potential design conflicts.

Collaborate with Coordinators and Leads regarding routing conflicts or missing data.

Execute revisions promptly based on markups, RFIs, and design changes.

Support QA/QC efforts by reviewing assigned views and correcting inconsistencies.

Requirements

3+ years in BIM modeling or related field.

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Design, Construction, Engineering or equivalent experience.

Strong experience in detailed annotation and drawing production.

Familiarity with Revit and BIM tools.

Basic understanding of construction documents and design principles.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.
