Lifecycle Marketing Manager
Human Capital Education (HCE) enables colleges and universities to grow with purpose by providing the systems, expertise, data, and strategy needed to attract, enroll, and support students more effectively and efficiently. HCE works across undergraduate, graduate, online, and adult programs, helping institutions translate strategy into actionable insights that deliver sustainable results.
We're hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and optimize the prospective student journey from inquiry to enrollment. This role will build and scale high-impact email, SMS, and AI-driven communication strategies, with full ownership of design, experimentation and performance.
You'll work at the intersection of marketing, data, and student engagement-designing journeys and continuously improving conversion rates in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.

Lead experimentation strategy across email, SMS, and AI-driven engagement

Key Responsibilities:
Lifecycle Journey Ownership
Design and optimize multi-channel journeys (email, SMS, phone, AI agent) to improve inquiry to enrollment conversion.
Build and refine end to end communication flows that move prospects from inquiry to application and enrollment.
Identify friction points and implement workflows that improve internal efficiency and enhance the student experience.
Explore new tools and approaches to drive smarter, more scalable engagement.
Data & Performance
Monitor and analyze key metrics and overall performance daily to identify actionable insights.
Present results and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and student services teams to improve full-funnel marketing performance.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in B2C lifecycle marketing
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, experimentation-driven environment
Strong understanding of customer journey design, funnel optimization, and conversion drivers.
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, testing, or workflow automation.
Ability to translate data into clear actions and measurable improvements (PowerBI, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud).
Higher education marketing experience preferred but not required if you're a fast learner with relevant B2C depth.
