Role: Central Marketing Support Coordinator

The Central Marketing Support Coordinator provides operational and coordination support to four senior marketing leaders:
- VP, Digital Experience Management
- VP, Global Brand Strategy
- VP, Global Pricing
- VP, Launch Excellence & Insights
This role is a mix of Executive Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, and AI-enabled Operations Support. The focus is on improving efficiency using AI tools while helping manage schedules, meetings, communications, and marketing-related coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive & Administrative Support
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for senior marketing leaders.
- Prepare meeting agendas and ensure materials are shared on time.
- Organize and coordinate meetings across teams.
AI-Enabled Support:
- Use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Gemini) to:
- Draft emails and communications.
- Create summaries and meeting notes.
- Organize information and documents.
- Develop reusable prompts to improve consistency and productivity.
- Use AI to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across projects.
Marketing & Project Coordination:
- Support cross-functional marketing initiatives.
- Track action items and ensure follow-up through completion.
- Escalate issues or delays when needed.
- Help improve workflow efficiency and team collaboration.
Document & Information Management:
- Maintain files, templates, and version control in SharePoint and Teams.
- Organize marketing documents and ensure easy access.
- Maintain a library of AI prompts, templates, and best practices.
Required Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor's degree preferred in:
- Business
- Marketing
- Communications
- Related field
- Equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in:
- Executive Assistant
- Administrative Coordinator
- Marketing Coordinator
- Operations Support
- Experience supporting senior leaders is a plus.
- Experience in a global organization is beneficial.
Skills:
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to create professional emails, summaries, and presentations.
Proficiency with:
- Microsoft Outlook
- Microsoft Teams
- PowerPoint
- SharePoint
- Experience using AI tools for content creation and organization.
