Account Manager
TWC Services, Inc., is an industry leader in Commercial Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Commercial Cooking Equipment. With over 115 years of experience and 34 offices in the Southeast, we are looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow customer relationships and help drive parts sales from our Sanford or Orlando office.

What Success in our Account Manager Role Looks Like at TWC Services Inc.

Responsible for receiving sales calls and preparing purchase orders. Handles procurement and deliveries as needed.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their needs and concerns. Conducts regular follow‑ups and check‑ins to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities.

Order Processing: Processes client orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction. Monitors gross margins of parts sales and documents orders appropriately.

Quoting: Prepares and delivers price quotations to clients, providing follow‑up and client service support.

Inventory Monitoring: Monitors inventory levels of parts or components to ensure availability and optimize stock levels.

Requirements:

0-2 years of account management experience

Technical Training Program Completion
