Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities Perform administrative duties such as website updates, media reservations and itineraries, collateral creation, organization, and upkeep of filing systems.
Support the daily management of social media channels and reputation management across a variety of platforms.
Assist the Director of Marketing & Public Relations and the Marketing Manager in scheduling appointments, meetings, and other departmental tasks.
Assist with monthly reporting and auditing of brand image.
Work closely with operational departments, PR agencies, and local partners to stay informed of relevant news and updates to maximize exposure opportunities.
Order and maintain office supplies and filing system.
Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Two years’ experience in marketing or public relations preferred.
Ability to speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to communicate customer needs and resolve complaints independently.
Ability to establish and master goals.
Ability to identify and assist in the development of accounts.
Ability to act independently with minimal or no supervision.
Basic computational ability.
Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Delphi; experience with Delphi tasks such as following notes and account entries from post-trade-show and telephone activity.
Math skills and budgetary analysis capabilities required.
Physical Requirements Most work tasks are performed indoors. Must be able to bend, stoop, squat, stretch, and maintain manual dexterity, grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, and repetitive motions to fulfill tasks.
Pay Scale Hourly wage: $25.00. This is the base salary range exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, piece rates, gratuities, and other bonuses.
