Requirements and Skills

Proven graphic designing experience

A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)

A keen eye for aesthetics and details

Excellent communication skills

Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field is a plus

Develop creative assets including brochures, posters, logos, social media graphics, infographics, and website visuals.

Collaborate with clients or internal teams to interpret briefs, propose design concepts, and adapt based on feedback.

Present initial design ideas and refine them through review cycles to align with client expectations.

Deliver print-ready files and optimized digital visuals.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards.

Ensure visual consistency with brand identity and stay current with design trends.

Experience & Qualifications

At least 3 years of experience as a freelance or in-house graphic designer, with a strong portfolio.

Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with Figma or Canva is a plus.

Strong foundational knowledge of design principlestypography, layout, color theory, and responsive design.

Excellent time management, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.

Strong client communication skills for understanding, presenting, and refining design solutions.
