Responsibilities of the General Manager:
Responsible for restaurant operations from afternoon to afternoon
Responsible for ensuring PM FOH/BOH/DT managers complete repair/maintenance, cleaning, presentation, and insurance/liability claims of all "Customer Areas": parking lot, dining room, self-service, kitchen, and bathrooms.
Regularly ensure that team members sweep the parking lot and all areas
Quickly clean everything that needs to be cleaned appropriately
Ensure that all objects in the bathrooms are fully functional and clean
Ensure that all dining room objects (tables, chairs, condiment counter, trash bins) are fully functional and clean
Ensure that all lobbies are clean and fully functional
Responsible for ensuring that the self-service manager in the afternoon advises on the behaviors (attention, courtesy, speed, and accuracy) of all team members who organize or are at the cash register. Those behaviors include
An effort that creates a surprisingly fast service speed (Be Fast; Don't Rush) encourage the team to push speed and accuracy simultaneously
Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment
Delivering the Chick-fil-A service recipe
Training team members on CORE 4 and how to prioritize the different tasks they are required to do. Best practices for cash management
The PM Operations Director is responsible for ensuring that all PM FOH managers:
Advise the behaviors of all trainers and team members working in the dining room. Those behaviors include:
Ensuring that the second-mile service behaviors are executed
Carrying trays for high-need groups (elderly, people with disabilities, and parents with young children
Table details (fresh drinks and pick-up tray)
Carrying large orders to the car
Execution of systems that ensure a refreshingly clean environment
Responsible for ensuring that PM hospitality managers offer an exceptional dining experience to all guests
The PM kitchen manager follows Chick-fil-A procedures, food safety is the most important, and the speed of service is below 3:00 PM.
Manage customer questions/comments: know how to listen to feedback, apologize, and ask the right follow-up questions, resolve customer issues, and thank you genuinely and kindly.
Ensure that the hospitality manager and kitchen manager assign daily to the hospitality and kitchen team, schedule weekly to the best hospitality team members according to available hours, and monthly plan a team building activity or deliver a thank you detail to the hospitality team for the work well done.
Responsible for working with the Training Director to ensure that eRQAs and Daily Safe Critics are performed daily

4+ years of recent restaurant management experience
