Senior Motion Graphics Designer
This is a highly creative and fast-paced role focused on delivering world-class motion design across global brands and multi-channel campaigns. You will be responsible for transforming ideas into visually compelling motion content spanning social media, digital advertising, video cutdowns, and animated storytelling assets. Working within a collaborative, cross-functional creative environment, you will contribute to projects from concept through to final delivery. The role blends hands-on production with conceptual thinking, requiring strong visual storytelling and technical expertise. You will work across multiple clients and industries, ensuring brand consistency while pushing creative boundaries. This position offers exposure to international campaigns, modern design systems, and cutting-edge creative workflows, including AI-assisted production tools.
Accountabilities:
You will lead and execute end-to-end motion design projects, developing engaging visual content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives. You will collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, and production teams to translate concepts into high-quality motion assets.
Design and produce motion graphics, animations, video edits, and digital content across social, web, and advertising platforms
Develop storyboards, animatics, and concept explorations for motion-based projects
Adapt and refine existing assets into dynamic, mobile-first creative outputs
Ensure consistency of visual identity and act as a guardian of brand standards across deliverables
Work across multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
Incorporate feedback from creative leads and clients to refine and enhance final outputs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including strategy, production, and performance marketing
Mentor and guide junior designers where required, supporting creative growth and quality standards
Requirements
You bring strong expertise in motion design, animation, and video editing, with the ability to take ideas from concept through to final production. You are comfortable working in fast-paced environments and managing multiple deliverables across global brands.
3+ years of experience in motion graphics, animation, or digital design roles
Strong portfolio/showreel demonstrating motion design, animation, and video editing work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Experience with 2D animation, compositing, and visual storytelling techniques
Understanding of social media content formats and digital-first creative best practices
Ability to work across multiple projects with strong time management and prioritization skills
Strong collaboration and communication skills, with openness to feedback and iteration
Exposure to global brands and/or FMCG clients is highly desirable
Familiarity with emerging creative tools, including AI-assisted design workflows, is a plus
