1+ years of Fiserv systems experience.
Experience applying design systems, accessibility standards, and usability best practices to create consistent and measurable user experience outcomes.
Experience translating complex technical concepts, including artificial intelligence-enabled workflows, into clear interface patterns and usable interaction models.
Bachelor’s Degree in design, human-computer interaction, interaction design, graphic design, psychology, computer science, or related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
Experience that would be great to have
Experience designing for banking, payments, financial services, or regulated enterprise environments.
Experience supporting artificial intelligence, machine learning, or agent-based product experiences.
