This role will focus on increasing KOL activation, engagement, and performancethrough creative and data-backed initiatives.Job Description:Campaign Development & ExecutionPlan and execute KOL challenges, competitions, and seasonal affiliate campaigns to drive engagement.Collaborate with internal teams to align campaigns with Shopee’s overall marketing and sales objectives.Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.Affiliate Activation & IncentivizationDevelop challenge mechanics encouraging KOLs to generate content and drive traffic to Shopee.Implement performance-based reward structures to maximize participation and ROI.Track KOL engagement and introduce targeted initiatives to re-engage inactive affiliates.Cross-functional Coordination & InnovationWork closely with product, marketing, and data teams to develop innovative challenge formats.Experiment with new ways to gamify KOL participation and increase competition-driven motivation.Leverage performance insights to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.Requirements:3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, or digitalmarketing.Strong understanding of KOL engagement mechanics and digital content trends.Proven ability to develop and execute large-scale challenges and campaigns.Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to drive decision-making.Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple campaignssimultaneously.
