Role Overview
Want to help build the platform of one of the fastest-growing founders in wellness?

Greg LaVecchia, Co-Founder & CEO of Bloom, is growing his personal brand and content presence, and we’re looking for a talented YouTube Long Form Editor to join the team.

This role is for someone who understands what keeps viewers watching. You have a strong grasp of storytelling, pacing, audience retention, and creating compelling long‑form content that drives channel growth.

Requirements

3+ years of YouTube editing experience, ideally in lifestyle or creator‑driven content

Edit and deliver 1-2 long‑form YouTube videos per week

Identify and pull high‑impact moments from raw footage to maximize hook strength and viewer attention

Structure videos for watch time – strong openings, logical pacing and effective CTAs

Review analytics weekly and provide actionable recommendations on performance, learnings and content strategy

Proven track record of growing views, engagement, and subscribers on YouTube channels you’ve edited

Portfolio of long‑form YouTube content and channels you’ve helped build

Willing to complete a paid test edit as part of the interview process
