Leading the optimization of client conversion rates, the full-time Senior CRO Strategist will manage A/B testing and experimentation strategies remotely, focusing on enhancing landing page performance and overall funnel effectiveness across paid media channels.
Key Responsibilities

Own CRO strategy and experimentation roadmap across a portfolio of client accounts
Identify conversion bottlenecks and optimization opportunities using quantitative and qualitative research
Plan, launch, manage, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages and funnels

Required Qualifications

4+ years of CRO or landing page optimization experience
Strong experience building and managing A/B and multivariate testing programs
Experience optimizing landing pages for Paid Social and Paid Search traffic
Strong understanding of conversion psychology, user behaviour, and direct response marketing principles
Experience using AI tools and automation workflows to improve experimentation and operational efficiency
