Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end executive searches, designing innovative strategies to engage and assess top talent
Partner with executives and HR to provide data-driven recommendations and insights that influence hiring decisions
Develop long-term relationships with leadership talent, creating sustainable talent pipelines for future needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
8+ years of executive search experience in technology organizations
Proven success in identifying and hiring executive talent across multiple functions
Strong knowledge of executive search methodologies and candidate engagement strategies
Exceptional executive presence and communication skills to influence senior leaders
