Education and Experience » 7 years of experience in technical writing within large-scale enterprises, supporting IAM, enterprise platforms, or collaboration ecosystems. 3 years of experience contributing to large, transformational IT initiatives. Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and leadership. Familiarity with Identity and Access Management technologies and enterprise security principles. Experience creating documentation for Agile and iterative software development environments. Advanced knowledge of technical writing tools, content management platforms, and visual communication tools. Interested?
