The Honors College is seeking a creative undergraduate student videographer to add to the communications team.

Performing other duties as assigned to support the effective functioning of the communications department

Requirements

Ability to adapt quickly

Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively

Proficiency in videography techniques and editing software, including at least 1 year of experience in Adobe Premiere Pro

Desire to take initiative and work independently on projects

Preferred Qualifications

Member of the Honors College

Previous experience in a similar role or relevant coursework

Sony FX30 digital cinema camera and kit

DJI Osmo Pocket 3 camera and kit

Sample Skills Developed in the Role

Proficiency in project management

Pitching and storyboarding creative content

Understanding of strategic communications and marketing plans

Building and maintaining brand guidelines

Position Type
About 5-10 hours/week. This will mostly be flexible, remote work. There is one front desk shift requirement of 2 hours/week during the school year.

Pay
$15+/hr

Job Duration
New hires would start in August and continue through the 2025-26 academic year.
