You will be part of an interdisciplinary environment where innovation meets production. What you will do:
You will take over the calculation, production, and control of creative concepts in the areas of real film, CGI, motion design, AI, and postproduction.
For the planning, management, and control of all production-related activities (video, photo, CGI, postproduction, domestic and foreign), including art buying, you are responsible.
The organizational, professional, qualitative, and financial responsibility for complex projects is part of your duties.
You will take over customer consulting as well as the building and maintenance of trusting relationships.
Your tasks include the preparation of presentations and the independent presentation of projects to customers.
The recruitment and coordination of freelancers, external service providers, and cooperation partners are your responsibilities.
Guiding and promoting junior and medior employees is part of your responsibility.
You design the implementation of measures to improve project performance, which you regularly report.
Independent and responsible work, as well as the guidance of an interdisciplinary team, are within your area of responsibility.
What you bring with you:
You have a completed degree (e.g., in film, media, media economics, communication design) or a comparable qualification.
You have at least 3 years of professional experience as a producer in film productions, agencies, and/or postproduction houses.
You have experience in customer support and consultation as well as in the coordination of complex projects and campaigns.
An acute business acumen characterizes you.
You have several years of experience in the field of motion pictures (film and photo production, CGI, virtual productions, interactive & live communication, etc.).
You have good knowledge of digital trends, are engaged with future topics (AI), and have an acute brand understanding.
You are characterized by a quick understanding and a high sense of responsibility.
You enjoy communication and teamwork.
You have very good German (at least B1, ideally C1) and English language skills in speech and writing.
You have a certain willingness to travel for customer meetings, productions, and appointments.
