Key Responsibilities

Translate and adapt German Simplicissimus scripts into English, rewriting them in fern's voice and tone
Research and rewrite sections to enhance accessibility and relatability for an international audience
Watch original videos to adapt on-screen text and research international equivalents of visual elements for the production team

Required Qualifications

Fluent English with excellent writing skills, ideally American English native
Strong German comprehension skills
Proven experience in translation and localization, particularly for editorial content
Ability to adapt tone and voice to match an established channel style
Background in journalism, documentary, or factual storytelling (desirable)
