Responsibilities Look around the property and communicate to the customer things you could repair or things that our company can handle. Take the time to earn the customer's confidence and then inquire about additional work that could be performed. Sometimes fix something small and then point it out to the customer to demonstrate capability for more work. Be punctual and efficient; maintain the highest integrity and strive for top customer satisfaction. Qualifications / Requirements Good overall knowledge of multiple trades: Plumbing, Carpentry, Tile, Electrical Additional Qualifications: Understanding what tools are needed for certain tasks (not necessarily having every tool) Troubleshooting skills: quick thinker, able to examine issues and resolve promptly Excellent communication skills: able to communicate with management, office personnel, homeowners, suppliers, property managers and commercial customers Be presentable: clean-cut appearance, decent vehicle, organized tools Compensation and Benefits Compensation: $1,000.00 - $1,400.00 per week Very competitive pay, performance bonuses, and vacation pay W-2 status with the flexibility of an independent job Vehicle and tool allowances Medical, Dental, Health insurance Fun, collaborative environment Additional Information We are one of Columbia's top-rated handyman, repair, and remodeling companies.
