Area Sales Director
Why is the position open? Expansion- will be managing a newly created team of 12 to 14 Therapy Development Reps throughout the country (Navy Seal Team)
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree from accredited reputable institution
A minimum of 5 years of experience in medical sales leadership within the Urology space or Operating Room
Start-up company experience leading a team selling disruptive surgical technology
Experience managing representatives introducing market development programs to physician practices, practice integration, office based selling
Leading a high performing team with strong local relationships within the healthcare community in specified geographic area
Leadership skills as demonstrated through past professional performance, involvement in sports, professional clubs, or associations
Working for a publicly traded surgical robotics company

COMPENSATION: Competitive- Uncapped, RSU's fully vested after four years, $700.00 car allowance, Full expenses, 401K matching, medical/dental, etc.
