Summary Customer-facing sales role focused on styling and educating clients on ready to wear and custom-made products. The Style Advisor builds relationships through personalized service, meets sales metrics, and supports store standards and visual presentation. This position is for a new store opening at The Forum Shops in Caesars Palace. Responsibilities Complete a multi-layered training program to develop product and styling expertise Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of merchandise Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics Build client relationships to increase loyalty through the brand program Maintain attractive merchandise presentation according to visual guidelines Ensure store standards and operations meet company expectations Perform additional duties assigned by store leadership Requirements Previous experience in sales hospitality or service Genuine interest in fashion and styling Professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr
