Summary Provide personalized client experiences and build strong client relationships at the Rodeo Drive boutique while meeting and exceeding sales targets. Use an omni-channel approach and deep product knowledge to recommend merchandise and drive lifetime loyalty. Embody the Givenchy brand through passionate, memorable styling and hospitality. Support store operations including visual merchandising, after care, and inventory control. Responsibilities Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets Apply an omni-channel approach to recommend merchandise across all channels Deepen and develop client relationships through personalized outreach such as handwritten notes, calls, and emails Capture customer data through discovery and optimize hospitality and store amenities Drive styling vision for seasonal product and key business essentials Perform store duties including visual merchandising, after care, inventory control and general operations Act on client feedback and NPS performance to improve service Requirements 1+ years sales, retail, hospitality or cross-industry experience Proven history of driving sales and achieving results Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills Service oriented with strong time management and ability to anticipate client needs College level education preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr
