We are currently hiring an Entry-Level Public Relations and Communications Assistant to join our growing team supporting nonprofit organizations and charitable initiatives . This is an immediate opening for a motivated, detail-oriented individual who is passionate about public relations, communications, community engagement, and mission-driven work .

In this role, you will support outreach and communications efforts that help increase visibility for nonprofit partners, strengthen community relationships, and drive engagement through events, campaigns, and strategic messaging .

This position is ideal for someone eager to build a career in public relations, marketing communications, nonprofit outreach, and event coordination , while gaining hands‑on professional experience in a fast‑paced, purpose‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Marketing Manager in developing and executing outreach and communication strategies for nonprofit partners

Assist in planning and coordinating fundraising campaigns, charitable initiatives, and community engagement events

Serve as a professional day‑to‑day communications representative for nonprofit brands and partner organizations

Maintain clear, consistent communication with internal teams and external stakeholders

Contribute creative ideas to improve campaign visibility, public engagement, and community participation

Assist in organizing and executing both on‑site and off‑site charity and community events

Monitor nonprofit and communications trends and share insights to support strategy development

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field preferred

1+ year of experience in communications, PR, marketing, customer service, or client‑facing roles preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment

Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and positive attitude

Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
