Responsibilities

Edit long-form raw video into polished short-form clips (15–60 seconds)

Add captions, music, effects, and hooks that maximize retention and engagement

Tailor content format and style to each platform’s best practices

Research and apply current trends, sounds, and formats to boost reach

Track performance metrics and adjust strategy to grow followers and revenue

Requirements

Proven experience editing short-form video for social media

Strong familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook

Proficiency with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere, or similar)

Sharp eye for trends and the ability to act on them quickly

Understanding of social media growth and monetization strategies
