The Role
We're seeking a

Graphic Designer Trainee

with strong interest in ecommerce, digital performance, and AI-assisted design.

This role bridges creative execution and conversion-focused design. You'll support global marketing campaigns, onsite visuals, and promotional assets across multiple markets—working closely with senior designers, marketers, UX, and content teams.

You'll learn how design impacts CTR, CVR, engagement, and brand perception in large-scale ecommerce.

Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce & Marketing Design

Produce digital assets for campaigns: homepage modules, banners, promos, landing pages, EDM visuals, paid media creatives

Support high-volume, performance-oriented asset creation for international markets

Adapt and localize creatives across regions, formats, and channels

Assist with photo retouching and visual optimization for ecommerce

AI-Assisted & Modern Design Workflows

Use AI tools to accelerate ideation and execution:

Figma (component systems, auto-layout, plugins, AI features)

Midjourney / image generation (concepting, backgrounds, AI models and products, mood exploration)

Adobe AI features (Firefly, generative fill, smart retouching)

Support rapid creative testing and iteration for campaigns and onsite experiments

Brand & System Thinking

Apply and respect brand guidelines across all outputs

Work within scalable design systems rather than one-off visuals

Maintain consistency across channels while adapting to performance needs

Work closely with marketing, CRM, UX, and merchandising teams

Translate briefs into clear, on-brand, ecommerce-ready assets

Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-moving environment

Continuously improve execution quality, speed, and clarity

What We're Looking For
Required:

0–2 years experience in digital or ecommerce design (internships or trainee roles accepted)

Solid foundation in Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator; InDesign a plus)

Basic to intermediate Figma skills (layouts, components, responsiveness)

Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, typography, and visual clarity

Interest in conversion-driven design, not just aesthetics

Comfortable with feedback, iterations, and changing priorities

Curious, proactive, eager to learn new tools and workflows

Strong interest in AI, design automation, and future-facing creative tools

Experience with video or motion (After Effects, Premiere)

Basic UI/UX understanding for web or mobile

Familiarity with ecommerce platforms, CRO concepts, or A/B testing

Experience using AI tools for creative production or ideation
