Marketing Coordinator

Job TitleWe are seeking a self-motivated individual who is driven, acts independently of others, and excels at creating new contacts, for an external marketing position in Healthcare.Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will be required to submit weekly reports, track referral source development, obtain and close leads, run events, and manage his/her own schedule. While this is an entry level position, a background in sales and marketing is necessary. (Industry experience is a plus but not required) Position offers a base salary with a commission/bonus incentive linked to performance.ResponsibilitiesIdentifying and qualifying referral sourcesCreate and implement marketing campaignsTrack and report on marketing activitiesIdentify, research, and report on competitorsAbility to present Agency Programs to multiple Department Heads at qualified accountsExecuting the Company's business marketing plan and achieve key milestone and revenue targets; developing in-depth knowledge of all competitive product offerings and tailor product strategy; supplying senior management team with up-to-date competitive intelligence; defining product attributes and differentiatorsManaging annual marketing plan in support of organizational strategy and objectives; managing, implementing and executing the marketing policies and practices, which will include market research, competitor analyses, and customer service and retention monitoring processes and initiativesQualificationsSales and Marketing experience or Marketing DegreePrevious experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar positionUnderstanding of digital marketing tools and research methodsExperience with submitting reports on weekly basis to ManagementComfortable with Networking and Network MarketingAggressive and competitive attitudeStrong Time Management skillsStrong Relationship Development skillsMust be able to communicate in the following languages English, Hindi, or GujaratiCompensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
