Overview Position Title: Junior Graphic Designer (Full-time).
DreamLarge is looking to add a full-time junior designer to its team of creatives. We are seeking an organized, creative junior graphic designer to work alongside our experienced changemakers to help drive our initiatives to the next level. Our team is composed of entrepreneurial thinkers who are passionate about bringing visions to life, adept at juggling many tasks, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done. In this role, you’ll be ideating, creating, and executing on DreamLarge marketing and design needs across our community-based initiatives and nonprofit partners. You should also be comfortable working with clients to identify and visually represent their goals, and apply feedback.
Location: Downtown Sarasota. This role is full time and on-site to maximize creative growth.

Responsibilities Maintain and create branding elements for new and existing clients
Creating space making, storytelling and marketing materials across an array of mediums, including digital graphics, signage, websites, branding, video and more
Produce multi-platform marketing campaigns
Ideate and execute on design needs
Execute projects from start to completion
Attend and participate in client meetings
Apply internal and external feedback to deliverables

Ideal Skills Adobe Creative Suite (including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
Videography and Editing
Knowledge of Squarespace, Wordpress and content management systems
Photography experience and proficiency with photo-editing software
Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
File naming conventions and organization
Always up to date with the latest design best practices

Ability to defend your work and explain the “why” to your design decisions

What You Need Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field
1-3 years of previous experience as a designer is required/desired
Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisements, and multimedia design
Proven ability to manage multiple and varied tasks and projects
Agency experience a plus
