Summary
The Fashion Advisor provides exceptional in-store client service and fashion expertise to drive conversion, client retention, and brand loyalty. This role converts walk‑in traffic to clients, supports sales initiatives, and collaborates with boutique leadership and the sales team. The position requires full‑time, front‑of‑house presence to deliver elevated client experiences.
Responsibilities
Develop new customers and convert walk‑in traffic to clients and brand ambassadors
Deliver prompt, professional, warm, and courteous client service to optimize the client experience
Build and maintain genuine client relationships through consistent outreach and follow‑up
Collaborate with the boutique sales team and report to boutique leadership to drive business results
Manage repairs and alterations intake and follow‑up with clients
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of related experience
Ability to lift up to 15 lbs and perform in‑store duties
Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays
Excellent communication skills and a service‑mindful approach
Passion for fashion and the House of Chanel; foreign language skills preferred
