Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve complex audio‑visual integration issues.
Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure all systems operate at optimum levels.
Collaborate with programmers to load updated files.
Complete final product configuration, testing, and commissioning of system solutions.
Perform other tasks as assigned.

Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and represent CTI to clients.
Qualifications Associate’s degree preferred, but not required; experience and skill level are considered.
Customer service experience is a must.
Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
At least 4 years of experience in audio‑visual integration, installations, commissioning, and service.
Knowledge of AV/IT networking.
