Marketing and Public Relations Intern Job at Delphi Technologies in Indiana

Responsibilities

Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.). Support website updates and optimize content for SEO.

Assist in monitoring and reporting on social media and website analytics.

Collaborate on email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and announcements.

Design graphics and promotional materials using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Assist in drafting press releases, blog posts, and other communication materials.

Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative marketing strategies.

Attend meetings that provide opportunities for community outreach and referral networking.

Share information gathered through marketing efforts to improve internal processes or services using open communication and social learning.

Position Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.

Basic graphic design skills (experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus). Creative thinking with attention to detail.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.

Job Details
Full‑time/Part‑time, casual. Travel required 10%.

Exempt/Non‑exempt: Non‑exempt.

Location: Community Guidance Center – Indiana.
