Marketing Coordinator - State Farm Agent Team Member

Position Overview

As an Agent Team Member, you receive a base salary plus commission/bonus, group health plan with a $300 monthly allowance, dental and vision (paid by owner), group life ($75,000 paid by owner), 401k with 4% match, paid time off, growth potential/advancement within the office, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

Team up with Senior Sales representative to achieve monthly sales goals

Contact small business owners to offer our insurance products and services

Contact current customers to schedule appointments to review policies

Requirements

Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs

Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and listening

People-oriented

Available to work the following schedule: M-F 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

Willing and able to commute to our office in Fullerton, CA 92835

Currently licensed

Can work in a position with weekly/monthly sales goals

Will work in a position with a base salary + commission compensation structure

Our mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected, and realize their dreams.

We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto, Home, Life, Retirement Planning, Business, College Planning, Health, and Renters Insurance.

Our office is located in Orange and open Monday-Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

We currently have 10 team members and 110 years of combined insurance experience.

State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. Employees are not employees of State Farm.
