As Product Marketing Manager, you will shape the value and market presence of Kyocera’s office technology A3 portfolio—including MFPs, high-volume printers, and related software for office environments, Central Reprographic Departments (CRDs), and in-house marketing material production. Your focus will be on high-volume printing and scanning, superior colour quality, and adaptable solutions for diverse business needs.

This role involves developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives that highlight Kyocera’s differentiators in commercial print and document management. You’ll create integrated campaigns, sales tools, and digital assets to support product launches, elevate customer engagement, and reinforce Kyocera’s reputation in high‑performance office technology.

Collaboration is essential: you’ll work with creative agencies and cross‑functional teams to align messaging, implement best practices in SEO, AEO, and GEO, and adapt content for users from offices, CRDs, and marketing groups needing high‑quality, variable output.

Responsibilities

Increase market presence and stakeholder engagement through effective online and offline marketing initiatives.

Lead the collection and analysis of customer insights across the Americas to inform product strategy and identify market opportunities, with a focus on printing hardware and software for office and light production applications, including CRD (Central Reprographic Department) and in‑house sales and promotion material printing.

Translate actionable customer feedback and market research data into clear, prioritised product requirements specifically for office technology and light production printing solutions.

Design and execute comprehensive go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with regional business objectives and maximizing market impact in office and light production environments.

Continuously monitor and analyse sales performance data for responsible products, using insights to recommend and implement growth initiatives.

Develop and deliver effective sales enablement tools—including presentations, collateral, and training materials—to equip sales teams for success in diverse markets throughout the Americas, focusing on the assigned product portfolio.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure GTM strategies and messaging are tailored for key customer segments and channels relevant to office and light production printing needs.

Drive consistent communication of product value propositions, ensuring all marketing materials are optimised for engagement and regional relevance within the printing technology sector.

Support Kyocera’s thought leadership in office tech, CRD operations, and variable marketing production, adapting strategies as technologies and behaviours evolve.

Build strong partnerships across teams, providing guidance and feedback to ensure unified success.

Collaborate with various departments within the organisation to ensure the accurate implementation of new product information.

The typical pay range for this role is $81,000–$122,000. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography, and other relevant factors. This position may include a discretionary bonus based on performance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

5+ years in product marketing for office technology/light production hardware/software printing solutions.

Demonstrated ability to create targeted value proposition, product positioning and content that drives growth.

Strong presentation and marketing collateral and sales enablement tools development skills.

Proficiency in SEO, AEO, GEO, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Experience with MS Office, Jira,
