Proactive and strategic, the full-time Contract Creative Project Manager will lead creative project management and production remotely from July 2026 to mid-January 2027, overseeing project intake, resource planning, and stakeholder alignment while ensuring high-quality creative output.
Key responsibilities

Lead creative project management by overseeing project intake, resourcing, scheduling, and prioritization in partnership with marketing leadership
Manage external production vendors across video, audio, motion, and print, ensuring output meets quality standards and budget constraints
Serve as a key point of contact for internal teams to align creative work with business goals and maintain accountability for timelines

Required qualifications

5-7 years of experience in project management and creative production across video, social, and digital
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional creative workflows and managing external production vendors
Strong resource planning and budget management skills
Experience with project management software
