upports daily sales operations by ensuring orders, invoices, shipments, and administrative tasks are handled efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
• Enter and process customer orders accurately.
• Verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate and track shipments and deliveries.
• Work with multiple departments to provide administrative support.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
• Perform data entry and maintain records.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail.
