Key Responsibilities Campaign Management & Optimization Launch, manage, and optimize retail media campaigns across leading retail advertising networks. Execute daily campaign optimizations, including bid adjustments, budget allocation, keyword management, and audience targeting. Monitor campaign pacing and spending to ensure alignment with performance objectives and revenue goals. Continuously test and optimize creatives, keywords, placements, and targeting strategies to improve campaign effectiveness. Identify opportunities to maximize ROAS, increase sales, and improve overall campaign efficiency. Retail Media Platform Management Manage campaign execution within retail media platforms such as Criteo and Pacvue. Utilize platform insights and analytics to make data-driven optimization decisions. Ensure accurate campaign setup, implementation, and quality control across all retailer platforms. Maintain best practices for campaign structure, audience segmentation, and bidding strategies. Performance Analysis & Reporting Monitor and analyze campaign performance across key metrics, including ROAS, CPC, CTR, conversion rate, sales, and customer acquisition. Develop actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data. Create and maintain recurring reports, dashboards, and performance summaries for stakeholders. Present findings and optimization strategies to internal teams and leadership.
