A historic gem, known for its grace, comfort, and unparalleled guest experience. The Houstonian Hotel, Club & Spa is located on a 27-acre wooded oasis in the heart of Houston. The Houstonian is known for comfort, understated elegance, and exceptional service.
The Senior Director, Hotel Sales & Marketing, is responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy for The Houstonian Hotel. This executive leader oversees hotel sales, catering, conference services, marketing, digital marketing, public relations, advertising, communications, and brand management to drive revenue growth, market share, guest engagement, and brand awareness.
Reporting directly to the Hotel General Manager, this individual serves as the hotel executive leader, aligning sales, revenue management, marketing, and communications efforts to maximize profitability while protecting and enhancing The Houstonian brand.
The ideal candidate combines luxury hotel sales leadership with sophisticated marketing and public relations expertise. They are equally comfortable leading revenue strategy discussions, cultivating key customer relationships, serving as a brand ambassador, and leveraging digital marketing and analytics to drive business results.
