About the Role
We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying new opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and closing equipment financing deals. This remote role requires a strategic thinker with strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to deliver results.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
Negotiate and close financing contracts with professionalism and accuracy
Develop and execute strategic business development plans
Analyze market trends and financial data to inform decision-making
Collaborate cross-functionally to meet company goals
Maintain a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to challenges
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client management
Strong negotiation and contract-closing skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market and financial data
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
Experience in equipment financing or a related industry is a plus
Demonstrated ability to generate $10MM+ in annual equipment financing/leases
