About the Role

We are hiring an independent, organized professional who enjoys production work, follows instructions well, communicates proactively, and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality work. You don't need to be a senior designer, we're looking for someone eager to learn, reliable, and comfortable working with existing designs. This role focuses on adapting existing artwork, preparing print-ready files, maintaining organized digital assets, and supporting e-commerce content updates. This is an execution-focused role, not a creative design position. You'll work closely with the Art Director, following established workflows and receiving training on internal processes.
Key Responsibilities

Adapt and resize existing artwork for print production
Update client files, including logos, text, and layouts
Prepare production-ready files following print specifications
Maintain organized file structures and asset libraries
Upload and manage product images and content for online stores
Communicate daily with the Art Director via Google Meet, Slack, and email
