What You'll Do

Build and develop a top-tier product marketing team focused on driving revenue and market growth

Own downstream marketing, positioning, and value messaging rooted in clinical and customer insights

Deliver high-impact campaigns, product launches, and go-to-market strategies across channels

Partner cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Operations, and global marketing teams

Manage lifecycle strategy from launch through end-of-life, optimizing performance and ROI

Ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all touchpoints-from field enablement to industry events

Translate market insights and analytics into measurable business outcomes

What You Bring

10+ years of experience in medical device marketing or sales (5+ in marketing)

Proven success leading teams and driving commercialization strategies

Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution mindset

Expertise in product positioning, launches, and cross-functional leadership

Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder influence skills

Proficiency in CRM, analytics, and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, SAP)

Preferred
MBA or advanced degree; experience in complex, high-growth environments
