About the Role As a Product Marketing Manager, you will drive the development and execution of product‑specific marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, competitive differentiation, and sales enablement efforts to support Logisnext’s dealers, national accounts, and end‑user customers.
What You Will Do Lead and execute product marketing plans for multiple product families, translating complex technical requirements into clear, actionable product plans and obtaining plan buy‑in from managers and stakeholders.
Serve as product and application expert for assigned product classes, supporting training to internal and external sales teams, and resolving daily dealer inquiries.
Author and contribute to marketing functional specifications for new product design, lead voice‑of‑customer efforts, and direct product tear‑downs and product testing.
Develop and coordinate project and communication briefs across product classes, and work with marketing communications, product development, and sales groups on all marketing content.
Lead or co‑lead departmental projects such as voice‑of‑the‑customer programs, competitive analysis, competitive testing, benchmarking, and sales enablement tool development.
When & Where Hybrid office schedule (in‑office Tuesday‑Thursday, remote Monday and Friday). 25‑30% travel, depending on customer and product launch requirements.
Qualifications 7+ years in product management, product marketing, or engineering with experience supporting new product launches.
Ability to establish and recommend proven product marketing strategies to grow revenue.
Creative thinker who can translate customer needs into action plans and convey technical information effectively.
Passionate about developing new products and go‑to‑market strategies.
Experience developing market research, situation analysis, and market size/impact studies.
Experience executing product launch strategies, including customer voice, competitive testing, and creation of marketing tools.
Excellent project management skills and proven track record of delivering on‑time projects.
Strong collaboration and communication abilities, with experience working with engineering, executives, and product line management.
Nice to Have Previous experience in the material handling industry or related field.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, marketing, business, or a related field.
Experience with Asana or a similar project management tool.
Experience developing digital sales enablement tools and related platforms.
Knowledge of dealership business model.
