Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, with a Master’s preferred, and seven years of experience in arts administration. Knowledge of fundraising and collaboration with community partners is essential.
Expect considerable evening and weekend work, requiring flexibility and interpersonal skills to foster partnerships.
