Responsibilities

Lead and manager sales team/department

Provide training to sales associates and managers on process, follow up, leasing, finance and closing deals

Drive daily appointments, showroom traffic, sold units, gross profit and finance performance

Manage new and used car strategy with store leadership

Hold sales associates and managers accountable to CRM, phone calls, emails, appointments and daily activity

Work with finance, service, recon and inventory teams to maximize performance

Build a thriving culture with strong communication and clear expectations

Report performance, identify problems quickly and execute solutions

Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

3+ years automotive management experience - preferably in one of the following roles, GSM, Sales Manager, Finance Manager or variable operations leadership

Ability to develop sales associates

Proven ability to grow volume, front-end gross, back-end gross and finance penetration

Ability to hold team accountable while maintaining a positive culture

Able to work nights and weekends

Positive attitude, can-do mentality, confident, outgoing personality and eagerness to improve

Ability to deliver best-in-class customer service

Valid drivers license and clean driving record
