Production Technician - 12 Hour Shift

As a Production Technician, you operate equipment to manufacture plastic containers for leading consumer brands.

We Offer

Starting at $18/hour and up based on experience

Overtime after 40 hours a week

Rotational Schedules: 12‑hour rotating shifts, schedule known for the full year and beyond

Night Shift: 7:48 pm – 8:00 am

You Will

Operate a variety of extrusion & blow‑molding equipment in a clean, safe, climate‑controlled environment

Monitor equipment, making adjustments (heat control, water cooling temperatures, hydraulic pressure, etc.) to produce high‑quality rigid plastic containers

Troubleshoot equipment & perform routine preventative maintenance

Assure customer requirements are met by performing quality checks for specifications, such as bottle weights & dimensions

Collaborate with team to identify continuous improvement opportunities focused on safety, reliability, quality & scrap reduction

You Have

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent

At least one year of experience as a Manufacturing Production Technician working with equipment used for high‑volume production

Working knowledge of extrusion or blow molding equipment preferred

Basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics & electrical mechanical systems

Ability to troubleshoot & problem‑solve

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
