The brand is run by its founder and designer Valentina Vasilatou, whose vision is to build a strong, creative circle of young professionals — shaping the Greek market in a fresh, modern, and sustainable way.

Our new VV Concept Store & Atelier in Chalandri brings together retail, wholesale, and atelier production, offering a unique creative environment where design, craftsmanship, and sustainability meet.

Available Positions & Key Responsibilities
1. Personal Assistant

Assist the Founder with daily coordination and scheduling

Manage calendar, appointments, and follow‑ups

Support with personal branding and lifestyle product coordination

Handle reselling of pre‑owned items and errands

Prepare for meetings and events

Driving license required

Excellent organization and communication

Studies in Business / Marketing / Communication

Fluent in Greek & English

Discretion and trustworthiness

2. Sales Assistant

Manage customer orders, POS follow‑ups, and retail communications

Support wholesale development and store sales

Track and process online sales (Shopify, Etsy, Vendora)

Handle invoicing and delivery coordination

Driving license preferred

Confident communicator and sales‑oriented

Fluent in Greek & English

Basic Excel & digital tools knowledge

Organized, detail‑oriented

3. Store Assistant / Retail Operations

Deliver excellent in‑store customer experience

Maintain store layout, merchandising, and cleanliness

Track stock, restock items, and assist with display updates

Support event setups in‑store

Friendly, reliable, and professional

Strong presentation & communication skills

Basic numeracy and organization

Some physical work (restocking, display setup)

4. Digital Marketing Assistant

Plan and manage social media content and campaigns

Create visuals using Canva or similar tools

Coordinate photoshoots, newsletters, and content uploads

Update website (Shopify) and monitor analytics

Fluent in Greek & English writing

Creative and visually aware

Experience with Canva / social media tools

Interest in content creation & fashion trends

5. Production Assistant

Assist in atelier production and order preparation

Cut fabrics, organize materials, and manage stock

Source and restock supplies

Research sustainable materials and trends

Hands‑on and organized

Familiar with textiles and fashion

Good communication and time management

Studies in Fashion Design or related field

6. Business Operations Assistant

Support financial tracking, invoicing, and order reconciliation

Update trackers and assist with logistics and vendor coordination

Collect and summarize weekly reports

Maintain operational databases

Good numeracy and spreadsheet skills

Interest in Business / Accounting / Admin

Reliable and discreet with information

Detail‑oriented and organized

7. Designer Assistant (Graphic or Fashion)

Design graphics for social media, campaigns, and packaging

Support fashion design with sketches and technical sheets

Prepare moodboards and concept visuals

Edit product photos and maintain design files

Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Familiar with Canva or CAD tools

Strong eye for style and color

Portfolio required

Studies in Design or related field

8. Events & PR Assistant

Assist in planning events, pop‑ups, and collaborations

Coordinate influencer and media outreach

Prepare event materials and signage

Capture and organize post‑event content

Strong communication & coordination skills

Creative and outgoing personality

Interest in fashion PR / events

Organized and detail‑focused
