We are seeking a creative and strategic Marketing & Brand Specialist to strengthen and grow our brand presence across all channels. This role is responsible for developing compelling visual and digital content, managing the company website, and supporting integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, highly collaborative, and passionate about maintaining brand consistency while driving business results.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and maintain brand strategy and ensure consistency across all communicationsDesign and produce creative assets for marketing campaigns and corporate initiativesManage and optimize the company website, including content, design, and performanceExecute SEO/AEO strategies and analyze digital performance using tools like Google AnalyticsSupport multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social platformsCreate and edit written content aligned with brand voiceCapture and manage photo and video assets for marketing useTrack performance metrics and provide insights to improve marketing effectivenessCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support marketing efforts and brand alignmentQualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience4+ years of experience in an agency or corporate design environmentProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and CanvaWorking knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptExperience with SEO, AEO, Google Analytics, and CRM toolsStrong project management, communication, and organizational skillsUnderstanding of print production processesPhotography and videography experience preferredA full job description will be presented upon selection for an interview.Germania Insurance is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
