Your day, your impactBy 7:00 AM, you’re walking the floor—listening for the hum of motors, scanning gauges on compressors, and confirming HVAC set points. Before lunch, you’ve knocked out scheduled PMs on pumps and wet dust collectors, logged inspections on fire extinguishers and emergency lighting, and coordinated a vendor to service an oven. Afternoon brings a quick weld on a cracked guard, building a custom crate for a spare conveyor section, and updating the parts inventory so tomorrow’s work starts ready to go.What you’ll ownPreventive and corrective maintenance across facility and production support systems: HVAC, plumbing, lighting, compressed air, wet dust collection, ovens, motors, pumps, conveyors, and hydraulic equipmentHands-on troubleshooting of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to rapidly restore uptimeRoutine safety checks (fire extinguishers, emergency lights, eyewash stations) and documentation to keep us compliantExecution and continuous improvement of PM schedules and checklistsSpare parts tracking and inventory controlSafe use of hand/power tools, diagnostic instruments, and welding equipmentGeneral facilities work—carpentry, painting, and small repairs—to keep the site in top shapeCoordination with outside contractors and vendors for specialized tasksCustom pallet and crate fabrication for equipment and material movesAccurate maintenance and inspection recordkeepingWhat you bringExperience in facilities or industrial maintenance—ideally supporting a manufacturing environmentWorking knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systemsHands-on background with motors, pumps, conveyors, ovens, and dust collectionAbility to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manualsComfort with diagnostic tools (such as multimeters)Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word)Flexibility to support occasional evenings, weekends, or on-call needsValid driver’s license and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursed)Preferred extrasOSHA 10 or OSHA 30Lockout/Tagout experienceForklift and aerial lift operationKnowledge of hazardous materials handling and RCRA requirementspH meter calibration experienceBasic welding and fabrication skillsPersonal set of basic mechanical hand toolsSchedule and payMonday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PMCompensation: Up to $36.00 per hour (based on experience)Benefits401(k)Health, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurancePaid time offEmployee assistance programProfessional development assistanceRetirement plan
