Position Automotive New Car Sales Manager - Fowler Toyota Tulsa
What You'll Do Lead, train, and develop a high‑performing sales team.
Desk deals and maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Drive lead management, appointment set/show ratios, and closing percentages.
Work side‑by‑side with the team on the floor and online opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing on creative campaigns and community engagement.
Maintain strong CRM discipline and follow‑up processes.
What We're Looking For Automotive sales management experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
High level of accountability and energy.
Ability to adapt in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.
Experience with CRM systems and digital retailing tools is a plus.
Job Requirements Must hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
Superior customer interaction skills.
Excellent negotiation abilities.
Assertive personality and strong drive for success.
Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
Valid Driver's License and MVR acceptable to our Insurance Carrier.
