To support aggressive growth in e-commerce, the full-time remote Performance Video Editor will create fast-paced, conversion-focused ad creatives for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Instagram, collaborating closely with the growth and creative teams to optimize performance.
Key responsibilities
Edit high-converting paid social ads for various platforms, including Meta and TikTok
Create direct-response style creatives optimized for performance and return on ad spend (ROAS)
Rapidly produce and iterate multiple ad variations for testing while analyzing winning creatives
Required qualifications
2+ years of experience editing ads for direct-to-consumer (DTC) or e-commerce brands
Strong portfolio showcasing performance-driven ad creatives
Experience with editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut
Deep understanding of direct-response marketing and consumer psychology
Ability to work quickly and manage high creative output
