Job Summary

Responsible for contributing to the development, implementation and measurement of MDU sales and marketing programs and initiatives. Ensures programs are designed to meet/exceed subscriber penetration objectives in assigned MDU properties, leads a team of Representatives in developing property owner/manager relationships that improve penetration results, manages a mixed team of exempt and non‑exempt employees, provides subject‑matter guidance, develops processes and procedures to drive departmental efficiencies, and assists in the development and meeting of the departmental budget.
Core Responsibilities

Work with business partners to support and achieve penetration results in assigned properties by deploying defined programs and identifying best practices and process improvements to share across the footprint.
Support the identification and use of defined key activity and productivity metrics that measure/define the criteria of success for representatives.
Manage teams and metrics, ensuring representatives are clear on daily, weekly, and monthly objectives with a full vision of year‑end department goals.
Ensure representatives are trained in accordance with the appropriate learning plans, including classroom, coaching, simulations, e‑learning modules and others.
Manage communication and training strategy to ensure all representatives are fully knowledgeable on Comcast product offerings, branding messages, and current offers/promotions.
Validate all reporting of sales and installation numbers and other metrics.
Work with IT and other departments to ensure appropriate sales routing and assignments are distributed, validated, and reported.
Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance and be willing to work nights, weekends, variable schedules, and overtime as necessary.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred; applicants with related coursework, experience, or extensive professional experience will also be considered).
Relevant Work Experience:

5‑7 years (including relevant roles at Comcast).
Certifications:

If applicable.
