Job Title:
Specialist, Social Media
The Social Media Specialist will support the Social Media Sr. Coordinator in building an elevated influencer presence for Wrangler with a focus on building brand love and supporting e‑commerce initiatives. This hands‑on role will engage directly with influencers, create briefs and lookbooks, and assist with influencer campaign execution. The ideal candidate must be curious and passionate about influencer marketing, and is a natural problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
Assist with influencer campaign development, creation, and execution in partnership with the Social Media Sr. Coordinator.
Identify potential influencers for use in organic and paid media, manage relationships, monitor industry updates, and vet influencers for brand fit.
Build briefs and lookbooks to send to influencers under the direction of the Social Media Sr. Coordinator.
Partner with a PR agency to develop relationships with macro and celebrity‑level influencers.
Assist with the development of the TikTok Shop Collaborator Partner program in partnership with the Social Media Manager and Senior Coordinator.
Assist with weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and campaign‑based influencer reporting.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a four‑year college or university.
Demonstrated passion for and understanding of influencer marketing.
Working knowledge of managing influencers in a professional capacity on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Strong communication skills with the proven ability to present and sell ideas and write compelling copy.
Knowledge of fashion and marketing content trends and best practices; current pulse of culture and the retail industry, especially denim.
Attention to detail and ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and juggle projects effectively; demonstrates resourcefulness and intellectual curiosity.
Willingness to work outside traditional business hours as influencer campaigns may require.
Budget management experience, including budget allocation, tracking, and reconciliation to stay on target, and the ability to identify opportunities to maximize ROI.
Bonus:
Experience with influencer management platforms such as CreatorIQ, Sprout Social, Aspire, Bazaarvoice, etc.; experience working with creative and media agencies focusing on digital media channels.
