About the Role
We're looking for a driven, personable, and results-oriented Sales Specialist to help prospective clients take the first step toward transforming their health and fitness.

This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives on helping others make decisions, and enjoys being rewarded for performance.

You’ll primarily work with warm leads who have already expressed interest in our programs. Your job is to build trust, uncover goals, guide prospects through our process, and help them get started.

This is a part-time role with significant growth potential for the right person.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound leads and conduct initial qualification calls

Schedule qualified prospects for in-person consultations

Follow up with prospects after trial workouts and consultations

Enroll new members into the appropriate training program

Maintain consistent follow-up with leads who have not yet made a decision

Generate referrals from current members and new clients

Maintain accurate notes and communication within company systems

Work closely with coaches and staff to ensure an exceptional client experience

Consistent outreach to all new leads

Fast response times to inquiries

High show rates for consultations

Strong conversion rates from consultation to membership

Excellent client communication and follow-up

Positive contribution to team culture and studio growth

Who You Are

Excellent communicator who builds trust quickly

Comfortable having conversations about goals, challenges, and investments

Confident on the phone, through text, and in person

Highly organized and dependable

Coachable and growth-minded

Positive, professional, and self-motivated

Passionate about fitness, health, and helping people improve their lives

Qualifications

Sales, customer service, or client-facing experience preferred

Fitness industry experience is a plus but not required

Available 10-20 hours per week

Able to respond to leads during business hours between 8am and 8pm EST

Comfortable using CRM and communication tools
